Information for Our Clients

All clients (State Enterprises, MSMEs, CNA, CCS, CPA, UBPC, PDL) must establish contractual relations with our authorized national distributors to purchase aiBalan, Preswin, or other software products.

For services, such as training courses and all others we provide, clients must also contact the aicros Commercial Group to update contracts and necessary documentation."

The same process applies to private individuals and TCPs (Self-Employed Workers). Instead of a legal certificate, they must submit a photocopy of both sides of their Identity Card. TCPs must additionally provide photocopies of their Self-Employment License, ONAT (National Tax Administration Office) registration, and the Contract with the Bank where their fiscal account is held.

In all cases, two original sets of the contracts must be presented—one copy for each party. The contracts must be signed and stamped on every page. It is essential that the signatory is a person authorized to do so, as explicitly stated in the Legal Certificate or Resolution, which must also be submitted.
